The Chinese Table Tennis Association invites International Umpires to officiate at ITTF World Tour and ITTF Junior Circuit tournaments to be staged in China in 2013.

Blue Badge, Blue Badge Candidate or White Badge Umpires are welcomed to submit applicati** for the four highly prestigious events. 

Both tournaments will undoubtedly attracted players of the highest calibre.

Only nominati** approved by national associati** will be c**idered.

Furthermore, it is an open invitation and thus all nominati** may not be accepted.

Travel
All umpires or their national associati** are resp**ible for travel to the appointed city, local transport from will be provided and pocket money paid in accordance with the guidelines stipulated by the International Table Tennis Federation.

Accommodation will be in a double room.

Arrival
All umpires must arrive one day before the competition begins and attend the Referee Briefing in the evening prior to the start of play.

The Closing Date for applicati** is Sunday 31st March 2013; successful applicants will be notified on or before Friday 10th May 2013.

Hospitality: from dinner on Tuesday 11th June to breakfast on Monday 17th June

ITTF 2013 World Tour: Harmony Open 
Dates: Wednesday 14th to Sunday 18th August 
Venue: Suzhou
Hospitality: from dinner of Tuesday 13th August to breakfast on Monday 19th August

ITTF 2013 Junior Circuit: Chengdu Junior and Cadet Open (ITTF Premium Junior Circuit) 
Dates: Wednesday 18th to Sunday 22nd September 
Venue: Chengdu
Hospitality: from dinner on Tuesday 17th September to Breakfast on Monday 23rd September

ITTF 2013 Junior Circuit: China Junior and Cadet Open (ITTF Premium Junior Circuit) 
Dates: Wednesday 25th to Sunday 29th September 
Venue: Taicang
Hospitality: from dinner on Tuesday 24th September to Breakfast on Monday 30th September
