Racket Control Changes: Effective from September 2012

Decided and approved by the ITTF Board of Directors at its meeting in March 2012, certain rules have been modified for Racket Control in the ITTF Handbook.
A c**equence is that new Directives for Racket Controls have been approved for Referees effective as of Saturday 1st September 2012. The new Racket Control policy will be implemented at all ITTF Sanctioned events starting from September.
2012.9.2 球拍控制的变化
国际乒联董事会的董事在2012年3月的会议上，决定并批准了，在国际乒联球拍控制手册上，对一些的规则进行了修改。
这样做的结果是，新球拍控制指令已批准从2012年9月1日（星期六）起生效。所有国际乒联认可的活动从9月开始将实施新球拍控制政策将。
